Southeast Austin stretches from East Riverside and Montopolis down past the airport toward McKinney Falls and Del Valle. It is where a large share of the city's newest apartments opened in the last two years, which is why specials here are some of the biggest in Austin.
East Riverside puts you a short drive or bus ride from downtown and Lady Bird Lake; further south and east you get newer buildings, more space and lower rents, with the airport, Tesla's Giga Texas and Oracle's Riverside campus close by.
