What I collect

When you send the shortlist form, I receive what you type: your first name, phone number and/or email, move date, budget, sizes, areas and any notes. The site also records anonymous page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no personal data.

How I use it

Only to help you find an apartment: to text, call or email you with options, and to register you as my referral with the apartment communities you choose to tour or apply at. I keep your request in my client records (a CRM) so I can follow up. If you give me an email, I may send a monthly note of Austin move-in specials, with an unsubscribe link in every one.

What I never do

I don't sell your details or share them with anyone except the specific properties you ask me to contact for you.

Texts

By sending the form you agree I may text or call you about apartments. Reply STOP to any text and I'll stop.

Deleting your details

Email hello@austinleaseup.com or text (512) 827-8127 and I'll delete your record.
