My take on The Albright
This five-story, 261-home building from 2024 sits at 8528 Burnet Road, north of the main restaurant strip. The video spends most of its time on the shared spaces: a rooftop deck looking out over the city, a game room with two pinball machines and a pool table, a courtyard pool and a gym with tall windows. In the homes you get 9-foot ceilings, granite, white shaker cabinets, wood-style floors and a full-size front-load washer and dryer.
There is no special right now. One listing site still carries a 10-weeks-free offer, but it dates from 2025. Base rents start at $1,249 for a studio, $1,371 for a one-bedroom and $2,290 for a two, and those lowest prices are mostly quoted on 17 to 18 month leases, so a 12-month quote will likely be higher. Add $113.68 a month in required fees for Wi-Fi, valet trash, boiler, pest and trash charges. That puts the real starting cost near $1,363 for a studio and $1,485 for a one-bedroom. Garage parking is included.
Burnet Road restaurants are about 3 minutes by car, the Domain about 8, and MoPac and 183 are close, so downtown is around 18 minutes outside rush hour. Crestview's Red Line station is a 7-minute drive. Ask for pricing on the exact lease length you want, because the 17-month number and the 12-month number aren't the same.
