Solaris House at Uptown ATX

Solaris House is the 13-story tower in Uptown ATX, the new district on the east side of the Domain, with 341 homes finished in 2024. The tour was filmed while crews were still working, so you see the bones: walls of stacked windows over a railing, granite counters, a hex tile backsplash with under-cabinet lights and a built-in wine fridge. Up top is a rooftop pool deck with cabanas, and the building opens straight onto Solaris Park.

ApartmentList shows base rents from $1,411 for the smallest one-bedroom, $1,686 for a studio and $3,285 for a two-bedroom. That is a third-party feed, not the property site. With 8 weeks off on a 12-month lease, the $1,411 one-bedroom nets about $1,194 a month and the $3,285 two-bedroom about $2,780. The part I cannot give you yet is the add-ons. Garage parking and required monthly fees are not published, so the all-in number is unknown until the office quotes it.

You can walk to the Domain and Q2 Stadium in about 12 minutes and reach Red Line access in about 10, which is rare in north Austin. Downtown is about 20 minutes by car and UT about 18. The tradeoff is game-day and Domain traffic right outside, so a higher floor is worth asking about. Tip: get the garage price and the full monthly fee list in writing before you compare it with anything else on your list.
