My take on Lenox Burnet
Lenox sits at 6801 Burnet Road in Allandale: five stories wrapped around a six-level gated garage, 314 homes, opened in 2024. The work-from-home setup stands out, with an executive business lounge, private offices, two conference rooms and a podcast studio. The tour shows a double-height clubroom with a pool table and tall windows onto the courtyard, a weight room with racks and dumbbells, and a conference room with a wall TV. There are also live/work homes with storefront entries and 12-foot ceilings.
Base rents are 12-month prices: studios from $1,469, one-bedrooms from $1,449, two-bedrooms from $2,169. Up to 9 weeks free changes those a lot. A $1,449 one-bedroom nets about $1,198, and the required $96.30 a month brings it to about $1,295. The special has restrictions, so ask which units it covers. Units also run small, with one-bedrooms from 576 sq ft, so compare cost per square foot and not just the monthly number.
