My take on Modera EaDo
This is a 2024 Mill Creek mid-rise on Stonehollow Drive, five minutes east of the Domain among office parks. The tour spends real time on the shared spaces: a fitness studio with glass training pods and mirror screens, a clubroom with hex tile floors and a long bar, and a fenced dog park against a limestone wall. Homes get quartz, 42-inch cabinets and a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, and there is a trailhead onto the North Star greenbelt trail.
ApartmentList's live feed shows 12-month base rents from $1,249 for a studio, $1,590 for a one-bedroom and $2,108 for a two-bedroom. That lowest studio may be a special-pricing plan, so confirm it. With 10 weeks free on a 12-month lease, the $1,590 one-bedroom works out to about $1,284 a month. Add roughly $170 a month in required fees, which the property does not itemize, and you are near $1,454. There is also a $750 look and lease credit for move-ins by November 19, 2026.
The Domain, ACC Northridge and Q2 Stadium are all 5 to 8 minutes by car, and downtown is about 22 minutes outside rush hour. It is quiet, but you will drive for groceries and dinner. If you want a garage, a real gym and trail access, it fits. Tip: ask which floor plans get the full 10 weeks before you apply, since the offer says up to 10 and restrictions apply.

- you want to be minutes east of the Domain with a strong pool/fitness setup, greenbelt trail access and a large lease-up style special
- Look elsewhere if
- you want to walk to restaurants or want the all-in monthly cost close to the advertised rent
- The catch
- Roughly $170/mo in required fees sits on top of base rent, and the Stonehollow office-park setting is quiet but not walkable to shops; the Domain is a short drive rather than a stroll.
