My take on Revolve ATX
This one sits on Will Davis Drive in the Highland redevelopment, a 5-minute walk from the Highland MetroRail station and ACC Highland. It opened in 2024 with 299 homes, and about half are reserved for households at or below 80% of area median income through the Essential Worker Living program. The tour shows a lounge with slatted wood walls, a courtyard pool under a steel pergola, and a room with a built-in wood desk ledge. Units get white quartz, glass tile showers and in-suite laundry.
Market-rate one-bedrooms start at $1,696, quoted on a 15 to 16 month lease. With 8 weeks free on a 15-month term, the net works out to about $1,487, and the required fees add $63.88 a month, so call it $1,551 all in. The 8 weeks covers select units only, and ApartmentList shows 6 weeks, so confirm. Income-restricted one-bedrooms list at $1,400 to $1,600 base; those depend on household income limits, and I can check eligibility.
The Red Line gets you downtown in about 15 minutes, and the Domain is about 12 minutes by car. Highland is still being built out, so expect construction nearby. Tip: many plans show Contact Us instead of a price, and market-rate availability is often one unit per plan, so send me your must-haves and I will pull the live list.
- Worth a look if
- you want income-restricted or workforce pricing in a newer building, or a rail-accessible spot between downtown and the Domain
- Look elsewhere if
- you want a studio, lots of market-rate options to choose from, or a finished, quiet neighborhood
- The catch
- Many floorplans show 'Contact Us' rather than live pricing, and market-rate availability is thin (often one unit per plan). Highland is still a redevelopment area with ongoing construction around it.
