My take on Junewood

This one is in Buda, not Pflugerville, about 2 minutes east of I-35 on Fire Cracker Drive, and the video says Buda too. RPM Living opened Junewood in early 2025 with 259 homes, including 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The tour shows four-story buildings with gabled ends, a pool with fountain jets, a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard, and a coffee bar in the lounge. Homes have granite, prep islands, plank floors and a washer and dryer, and the 3-bed townhome adds an attached garage and walk-in pantry.

One-bedrooms start at $1,199, two-bedrooms at $1,575, the 2-bed townhome at $2,200 and the 3-bed townhome at $2,600. There is no special on the official site. Up to 10 weeks free was reported at opening in May 2025, but treat that as gone. The site's total price runs $103 above base on every plan, which puts the one-bedroom at $1,302 before utilities and renters insurance. The fee items are not listed, and the estimated application cost is $250.

Downtown and the airport are each about 25 minutes away, but the Domain is about 35, and Pflugerville is farther still. Detached garages and covered parking are available, with prices not published, and some homes have private fenced yards. Tip: the video mentions other lease promotions, so ask what is on offer for your exact unit even though nothing is posted online.

Worth a look if: you want a newer community near I-35 in Buda with a 2- or 3-bedroom townhome option, private fenced yards or a garage
Look elsewhere if: you need to be near north Austin, Pflugerville or the Domain, or you want a lease-up special (none was posted on the official site)
The catch: It is in Buda, about 25 minutes south of downtown and much farther from Pflugerville or the Domain, and every rent carries about $103/mo in required fees that the site does not itemize.
