My take on Aura High Pointe
Up in the Hill Country at RM 620 and RM 2222, Aura High Pointe is a gated 2025 community of 322 homes in two 4-story and two 3-story buildings, still in lease-up. The pool has a lazy river with gazebos, which few Austin apartments offer. Fitness is in its own building with Peloton bikes and a yoga and spin studio, and there is a sky lounge and bocce court. The floor plans list quartz or granite counters, shaker cabinets, walk-in showers and a full-size washer and dryer in every home. It is zoned to Leander ISD.
The official site blocks automated lookups, so these rents come from a third-party locator listing: one-bedrooms $1,205 to $2,075, two-bedrooms $1,835 to $2,294 and three-bedrooms $2,645 to $3,325. Another listing shows half off rent for the first 4 to 5 months plus a $1,500 look-and-lease credit, which I need to confirm. If it holds, half off for 4 months on a $1,205 one-bedroom averages about $1,004 a month over 12 months, before the credit. Known required fees are $38 a month for trash, carports are $50 and garages about $175 to $200.
The Four Points H-E-B is about 3 minutes away and River Place Nature Trail about 5. Downtown is about 22 minutes off-peak, and RM 620 backs up at rush hour. Tip: drive it at your commute time before you tour.
