The Residences at ATX Tower

The apartments at ATX Tower start on the 23rd floor and go up to the 53rd, above office space in a 2025 mixed-use tower at West 6th and Lavaca. That puts every home well above the street with skyline views. There are 369 homes, from 507-square-foot studios to three-bedrooms up to 1,559 square feet, some with two and a half baths. Listings show a washer and dryer, soaking tubs and walk-in closets in the homes, plus a pool deck, cinema room, concierge and a dog park and spa.

Pricing is the least clear part. I could not find an official site, so the numbers come from a third-party unit feed: studios from about $2,713, one-bedrooms from $3,125, two-bedrooms from $4,957 and three-bedrooms from $8,268. Another listing showed lower figures, like a $2,487 studio and a $2,855 one-bedroom, so the first set may include fees. I would treat it as a range to confirm. No special turned up, which means the price is the price until the office says otherwise. Required fees and garage parking costs are not published.

Republic Square and the Rapid bus stops are about a 3-minute walk, 2nd Street about 8, the lake trail about 10 and the Whole Foods flagship about 12 on foot. UT is about 8 minutes by car. 6th Street gets loud at night. Tip: ask for a home facing away from 6th and compare it to a street-side one.
