My take on Carrington at Oak Hill
If you want a three-bedroom with real square footage in Oak Hill, this is the townhome side of Carrington, a 2025 community near US-290 and Southwest Parkway. There are only a handful of them. Both plans are three bedrooms, three and a half baths plus a den: TH1 at 1,940 square feet and TH2 at 2,113. Private yards are available. You share the full apartment amenity list, which includes a pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, coworking rooms and a pet spa. The finishes are plank floors, two-tone cabinets and an in-suite washer and dryer.
TH1 runs $2,740 to $2,768 and TH2 $2,990 to $3,068, and those are 16-month term prices. The special is up to 6 weeks free if you move in by October 31, which is only days away. Over 16 months that takes a $2,740 TH1 to about $2,503. Then add $122.68 a month in required fees, so about $2,626 before utilities. A private garage is extra and the price is not published. There is also one income-restricted townhome plan at $2,773 through the Essential Worker Living program.
H-E-B and the US-290 shops are about 5 minutes, the Barton Creek Greenbelt and the mall about 10 and downtown about 17. The Domain is closer to 28. Tip: ask about garage availability and price at the same time you hold a townhome, since there are few of both.
