My take on The Maris
Lakeline Mall is about 3 minutes away and the Red Line's Lakeline Station about 5, right on the Cedar Park line. The Maris opened in 2025 under Greystar, and the finishes are the selling point. Homes have a built-in SONOS amp with speakers, and select homes add 10-foot-plus ceilings, gas or induction cooktops, frameless rain showers with a bench, and screened porches or yards with an outdoor fireplace. There is a 24/7 on-site market, a private dining room with a catering kitchen, and spin and yoga studios.
Studios start at $1,406, one-bedrooms at $1,755, two-bedrooms at $2,291 and three-bedrooms at $3,794. There is no special posted, so the base rent is the price. Required fees add $111.75 a month on every unit, which puts a $1,755 one-bedroom at $1,866.75 before utilities. The fee items are not broken out online. The site estimates $350 due at application, and pet and garage costs are not published, so ask for both before you compare.
H-E-B Lakeline is about 5 minutes away, the Domain about 18 via US-183 and downtown about 30 outside rush hour. The garage is gated with EV charging. Nearby lease-ups like Tisdale at Lakeline Station are advertising months free, which gives you room to push here. Tip: bring a printed quote from a nearby building and ask the office whether they will match it.
